Delete your account

You can delete your Pocket Tour Guide account, and everything in it, from inside the app at any time.

How to delete your account

Open the app and go to Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account & all data, then confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately.

What gets deleted

• your account — name and email address
• every tour you created, with its stories and narration audio
• all conversations with your guide
• your guide and preferences
• any remaining tour credits — credits are not refunded

Deletion is permanent. There is no undo, and nothing can be recovered afterwards. No data is retained once your account is deleted.

No longer have the app?

Email us at ptg@zuapp.me from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you.
